Shipping fees to all other locations will be calculated individually and added to customer invoices. Local duties, taxes and charges are not included in the sale price or ship charges. Detroit Modular is not responsible for any taxes outside of Michigan and or the USA. In the event that the customer refuses a shipment, all shipping costs to and from the country or State in which the item was shipped to are not refunded. Please be aware that in some cases return shipping can cost as much as double the original ship cost.

  • We offer free shipping on most items to most states within the contiguous United States for orders over $99. However, due to rising shipping costs, insurance, and return expenses, some states may incur additional shipping fees. You'll see any applicable shipping charges clearly displayed during checkout.  Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii can also require additional fees depending on the items, sizes, and weights.  For items over 150 lbs, additional freight charges will apply and a quote can be provided by our sales team; please inquire for a freight quote on applicable items.
  • Shipping to PO Boxes requires that the shipment be sent by USPS only and may incur additional fees to make this happen.  We are happy to ship to PO boxes, but USPS isn't always the cheapest method depending on the item and can incur additional fees to support this.
  • Domestic items usually ship within 24 hours of payment
  • Shipping time estimates are not guaranteed times.  We aren't the shipping companies and can't guarantee their performance.
  • UPS tracking and insurance included for UPS shipping orders
  • Express shipping available - if you need special arrangements, let us know and we are happy to help in any way!
  • Two Day Air Orders placed on a Thursday will not land on Saturday - they will land on Monday.
  • Next Day Air Orders - placed after 3pm EST Thursday will not land on Friday or Saturday - they will land on Monday.
  • PO Box Addresses will ship via USPS First Class, Ground Advantage, or Priority
  • Shipments may incur taxes upon delivery
  • Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
  • Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
  • We do not issue return labels for international order returns.  Returning international items is the responsibility of the buyer.
